Help Isabel with her DNP Tuition

I am a tri-lingual nurse practitioner with a passion for working with the elderly, particularly the elderly, underserved Latino patients who struggle with their health because of language barriers and lack of bilingual providers, and am now pursuing my doctorate of nursing practice degree at Duke University.  As the daughter of a Brazilian immigrant, that became a single mother struggling to get her 2 kids through school, a luxury she never had, I eventually became the first in my family to attend college AND pursue graduate education.  Getting into Duke seemed like an impossible dream. But I did it, and now I need to pay for it somehow. I hope to gain more knowledge and skills at Duke that will help me better help and serve my underserved patients today and always.  I hope to If you are reading this and believe in the underdog, and believe in education,  please consider helping me achieve this goal.
