For the last five months, Isaac has been experiencing excruciating pain. He has been diagnosed with Complex Regional Pain Syndrome (CRPS). This is a rare, chronic pain syndrome with no known cure. Isaac has pushed through the pain to continue and even excel in athletics and his everyday life. The pain that was at first in one leg is spreading to more parts of his body, making it difficult to even walk some days. This is a talented, positive, energetic 17 year old that is facing extreme pain that takes a toll on his physical and mental state. The family has found hope in the form of Neurological therapy. These treatments are $500/day and are not covered by insurance. Isaac will have to travel over 2 hours one way to participate in this treatment. We do not know if the treatments will help in weeks or months, but Isaac deserves the chance of recovery. This is a daunting financial challenge for any family.
