My name is Jeff Kosek and my nephew Isaac Kosek was in a really bad ATV accident on New Years' Eve. While driving home from golfing indoors with some friends Isaac hit an icy patch while driving a Polaris Ranger. The Ranger spun sideways flinging Isaac out of the ATV then rolled and landed on him. Isaac has sustained several very bad injuries, including Kidney trauma, fractured disks L1-5 and broken Pelvis. Thank God Isaac survived but is in dire need of your help to pay for a new bed, hospital bills, physical therapy and get Isaac back to his love of Golf and Hunting/Fishing.
