Hello, my name is Matthew Minkowitz, and I am setting up this GoFundMe for my cousin Isaac who lives in the Dominican Republic. Isaac is only 16 years old. He is suffering from the side effects of the Covid vaccine, where it dries the skin and causes his skin to crack and bleed even when he opens his hands. The same thing happens along his arms and down his legs to his feet, as well as his back. Unfortunately, healthcare is not covered by insurance and remedies are very costly. All the payments have come out of pocket. Isaac needs a year’s worth of treatment with each month costing about $1,500. Relatives in the U.S. are helping as best as they can or are able, but we are also seeking outside help.
