My name is Isaac Banks. Some of you may know my dad passed away recently in a motorcycle accident. Since his passing, there have been a number of expenses to be paid. While we were fortunate enough to raise a good portion of funds for his funeral, I’m reaching out to the community again for some assistance with taking on his dog, making it two pets in the household. Anyone who owns a dog knows how much goes into it: love, care, time and money.

It isn’t easy to make this GoFundMe. I know it isn’t an easy time on the finances for anyone. However, of course, anything helps. While grieving, I let myself slip and am just trying to get back on steady ground and take care of, as well as give a loving home to, the dog my dad loved so much. The world, of course, moves on after you lose someone you love, and for a moment of time, it feels like you’re stuck in a timeless empty space that no one quite understands. I’m not one to ask for help, and part of me hates putting this together, but I wouldn’t if I didn’t need to. If there’s anything anyone can donate, no matter how big or small, I would truly be so grateful.
