On 17th December 2024, they lost their 18-month-old daughter. Since then, life changed in ways they could never have imagined. The grief was overwhelming, and for a long time, both of them were unable to work as they tried to process the loss and support each other through it.

During that time, their bills continued to accumulate. Rent and other essential expenses fell into arrears, and the financial pressure has now become difficult to manage.

They are now in a better place emotionally and are ready to return to work and rebuild our lives. However, the weight of these outstanding bills is making it hard for them to fully focus and move forward.

They did consider taking a loan to manage these arrears. However, without stable income during that period, it would have put them at risk of falling into deeper debt. As they begin working again, they want to rebuild in a sustainable way without starting over under heavy financial strain.

We are humbly asking for support to help them clear rent arrears and essential bills so they can start again with stability and dignity.
