Dave Otero… I don’t even know where to begin. He had the biggest heart, and in all the years I knew him, I honestly don’t think I ever heard him say a bad word about anyone. When Dave loved you, he loved you with everything he had.

He was my brother-in-law, and even after my sister Fancee passed away, he never stopped being family. He was still present at so many of our family gatherings and even came to my wedding. That’s just who Dave was—loyal, loving, and always there.

Dave gained his wings suddenly and is now reunited with his brothers and other loved ones, including my brother and sister, whom he loved dearly. Our family is doing everything we can to bring him home to San Antonio from Dallas so he can be laid to rest alongside his brothers.

I know times are hard for so many right now, but if you’re able to give anything at all, our family would be deeply grateful. Every bit helps, and every prayer means more than you know.
