My name is Terrell, I have ongoing needs for help with expensive medical needs which I cannot cover due to being on dialysis and not having the strength to work anymore because this illness has robbed my of most of my muscle and I cannot do many basic tasks. I cannot qualify for a transplant without these medical procedures which my insurance does not cover. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
