Last night, at around 7:30pm on November 22, 2025, my close friend Ironesha Brewer and her three children experienced a tragedy that no family should ever have to face. Their home was intentionally set on fire, and while I am deeply grateful that Ironesha and her children are safe, the damage was total. In a matter of moments, they lost everything—clothes, cherished belongings, and the sense of security that comes with having a place to call home.

Ironesha is a devoted mother who has always put her children first. Now, as she tries to process this unimaginable trauma, she is left with nothing but the love and support of those around her. I am doing everything I can to help her and her kids rebuild, but the road ahead is long and filled with uncertainty. They urgently need a safe place to stay, clothing, and school supplies so the children can continue their education and regain a sense of normalcy.
