Help Irma Alvarez Fight Stage 4 Leiomyosarcoma
Donation protected
Hello Everyone, my name is Irma Alvarez. On September 16, I was admitted to the ER with colitis. In that finding, they saw that I had metastatic cancer. For 2 months, no one could tell me what type of cancer I have until my biopsy was sent to 3 different doctors, and they finally diagnosed me with stage 4 leiomyosarcoma. It’s been a rough journey as I had to leave work temporarily to stay home and get better and protect myself during my rounds of chemo. I am currently approaching my 2nd round out of 6. I get another scan done on Jan 25. I am hoping for a miracle and even just finishing my job as a mother. I wished this was not the circumstance, but my children are my everything. I’m only 30 years old; never did I imagine I’d be fighting for my life at 30! I have 3 children ages 13, 7, and 5. I thought about it many times to do this, but due to me having little children, it scares me to not have income and how will I manage to pay bills, buy food, etc. I am still waiting for SSI and disability, also for other government help as well. Anything would help me financially. I don’t expect a lot, but anything would help. God has bigger plans for me ♥️. I want to say thank you in advance.
