Help Iris Perdomo fix her teeth

Hi, my name is Anairis Perdomo and I am creating this fundraiser on the behalf of my mother, Iris Perdomo.

 

My mother has been suffering from Chron's Disease for over 40 years and as a result, has gone through so many health issues. From overwhelming amounts of surgeries, and now to unfortunately losing her teeth. She is one of the strongest and confident people I know, but with the recent loss of her front teeth and the rest expecting to fall out soon, I can see the change in her confidence and her overall happiness.

 

I am asking for any help that you may give to assist her on her dental reconstructive journey. As she had to retire from work early due to her health, she was not able to build large savings and is currently on a fixed monthly income. She also does not qualify for dental insurance either.

The bill that was quoted to her was brought down from almost $10,000 to close to $8,000 but sadly it's still not anywhere near what she can afford.

*Edit: she has been approved for a loan but it only covers a fraction of the cost. She still needs $6,000 to cover the rest. Thank you for everyone who has donated so far .  

The loss of her teeth has not only affected her mentally but physically as well, as it is hard for her to eat. She can't have certain foods and is in constant pain when trying to chew or drink certain liquids.

 

It hurts me to see her this way, she has lost so much due to this disease and I would hate for her to lose anything more. She has sacrificed her whole life for her family and for this disease as well. Please if you can find it in your heart to donate, or share this post so she doesn't have to sacrifice her physical and emotional well-being any further. Anything counts and is appreciated.
