Help Irinuca get a biventricular heart repair

This is, without a doubt, one of the hardest moments a family can go through - to know that our little girl can have a life closer to normal, but that we cannot afford to support her financially. So we ask you for your help!
Irinuca is a wonderful child, joyful, lively and curious. Irinuca’s dream is to run as fast and as much as her older brother, Vladut, but she can’t do it. Her lips get bruised and she gets tired in a few minutes. Irinuca has a heart with a single functioning ventricle. She is a fighter who spent too much time in the hospitals and too little on the playground.
Irinuca is 3 years and a half and already had 2 catheterisme and 2 open heart surgeries. She is suffering from numerous serious heart conditions from birth (transposition of large vessels, ventricular septal defect, atrial septal defect, aortic arch hypoplasia, aortic coarctation, LSVC). In addition, her right ear has a malformation, with a missing auditory canal and deformed ear lobe. Irinuca’s heart doesn’t have patience anymore, and her chance at a future depends on immediate intervention.
Irinuca’s smyptoms are just getting worse and she is getting more tired every day. A heart with a single ventricle means that she will need to spend all her life in hospitals because her organs and especially the lungs and the liver will be severely damaged. Most probably, at 20-30 years old, she will need a heart transplant.
Boston Children’s Hospital, in the USA, with a dedicated centre for complex biventricular repairs gave us a ray of hope when they accepted to perform a surgery and build a heart with 2 functional ventricles. This intervention would give her great chances for a normal life. The price for a chance at a normal life is overwhelming - $325000 (277000€), without including the costs for transport and accommodation in the USA for 6-8 weeks.
We fought to find the best solution for our child, but we can’t support her financially without your help. We are in a race against the clock: the doctors in Boston recommended us to bring Irinuca for the surgery by end of the year, in December, mentioning that her chances are decreasing substantially as the time passes.

Acesta e, fara doar si poate, unul din cele mai grele momente prin care poate sa treaca o familie - sa stim ca fetita noastra poate avea o viata mai aproape de normalitate, dar sa nu ne putem permite sa o sustinem financiar. Asa ca va cerem ajutorul voua, tuturor!
Irinuca e un copil minunat, vesel, plin de viata si curios. Visul Irinucai e sa alerge la fel de repede si mult precum fratiorul ei mai mare, Vladut, dar ea nu poate. I se invinetesc buzele si oboseste in cateva minute. Irinuca are o inima cu un singur ventricul functional. Ea o luptatoare care a petrecut mult prea mult timp in spitale si prea putin la locurile de joaca.
Irinuca are 3 ani si jumatate si a trecut deja prin 2 cateterisme si 2 operatii pe cord deschis. Ea sufera de numeroase afectiuni cardiace grave inca de la nastere (transpozitie de vase mari, defect septal ventricular, defect septal atrial, hipoplazie de arc aortic, coarctatie de aorta, LSVC). La acestea se adauga si o malformatie a urechii drepte, neavand canal auditiv, si lobul urechii fiind deformat. Inima Irinucai insa nu mai are rabdare cu timpul, iar sansa la un viitor depinde de o interventie imediata.
Simptomele Irinucai continua sa se inrautateasca si ea oboseste din ce in ce mai repede. O inima cu un singur ventricul inseamna ca Irinuca va fi condamnata sa isi traiasca viata in spitale pentru ca organele ei, in special plamanii si ficatul, vor fi grav afectate. Cel mai probabil, la un moment dat (20-30 ani), va avea nevoie de un transplant de inima.
Boston Children’s Hospital, SUA, care are un departament specializat pe corectii complexe biventriculare, ne-a dat o raza de speranta cand a acceptat sa o opereze si sa ii construiasca o inima cu 2 ventricule functionale. Interventia salvatoare ii da sanse pentru o viata normala. Pretul pentru sansa la o viata normala este coplesitor insa - $325000 (277000€), la care se vor adauga cheltuieli de transport si cazare in SUA, pentru o perioada de aproximativ 6-8 saptamani.
Am luptat sa gasim cea mai buna solutie pentru copilul nostru, insa nu o putem sustine financiar fara ajutorul vostru. Mai mult, suntem intr-o cursa cronometru: medicii din Boston ne-au recomandat sa o ducem pe Irinuca la operatie pana la sfarsitul anului, in decembrie, precizand ca sansele ei scad substantial odata cu timpul.
