The Strata Group wants to share that our Managing Partner, Irina, is facing every parent’s worst nightmare.

Her son has suffered severe burns and is currently hospitalized, where he will remain for an extended period of time. His road to recovery will be long and difficult, including multiple skin grafts and ongoing medical care. During this unimaginable time, Irina is doing what any mother would—she is staying by her son’s side every moment she can, focused entirely on his healing and comfort.

To make an already heartbreaking situation even more difficult, they are currently without medical insurance, and the medical bills, treatments, and daily living expenses are quickly becoming overwhelming. While Irina should only be worrying about her son’s recovery, the financial burden adds an immense layer of stress no family should have to carry alone.

We are coming together as a community to support Irina and her family—so they can focus on what truly matters: her son’s healing and strength.
