Irina and Aleks are Ukrainian refugees who arrived in the US on 7/31/22. They are staying with us in Hermosa Beach for a month while they land on their feet after many months of trying to get here. Irina has a job secured as a Chef and Aleks is looking for a job in the IT field. Their son is back in the Ukraine fighting. Funds raised will be used to help them cover the costs of a pre-paid SIM card for their phones, groceries until they get government benefits, and hopefully a cheap used car so they can get around LA for work.
