Irene was one of the artists at the Sawdust Festival in Laguna Beach - continuously since 1968 (50+ years!). She is a well-known jeweler with a unique process of creating her jewelry using molten metals and producing a very spontaneous, yet sculpture-like look.
Unfortunately, she was diagnosed with a rare cancer. She is now bedridden and disabled so much so that she can no longer pursue her craft.
Help is needed to pay for caregivers and essential bills to keep her in her home as long as possible.
She loved the Sawdust Festival Community and is so appreciative of them becoming her family over these many years.
