Hey everyone. As many of you know, Irene was diagnosed with breast cancer. We are very fortunate that she was a stickler for getting tested and we caught it early. The prognosis is excellent! Her surgery is scheduled For Friday and although we have insurance, the copays have been very difficult to manage. We are living on a fixed income and have limited resources. We have applied for every type of assistance through various Cancer resources but most have bottomed out and are not accepting applications until May due to lack of funds. Bottom line is we need $2000 for copays for the procedures this week that we simply don’t have and I’m asking you for help.
