Help Ireland Secure Gender Affirming Care and Safe Housing

My name is Ryen. I’ve lived in Colorado my whole life and have been involved in the Denver queer community for many years. I am raising money to help my friend Ireland get gender affirming care and into safe housing back in Colorado.

Within the last year, they moved to Saint Louis and have been living with their now ex-partner. They have been on testosterone for 17 months. During this time, they have been getting their testosterone by driving back and forth from Denver due to Missouri’s anti-trans legislation. They have been facing financial instability and homelessness recently and as a result, have not been able to have access to their testosterone.

Not only have they been experiencing dysphoria during this time, their general mental and physical health has suffered as well.

I am raising funds in order to get them back home from Missouri, for a deposit for an apartment, and most importantly get them the gender affirming and mental healthcare that they need.
