Iowa Hawkapellas is an all-treble voices a cappella group at the University of Iowa. The Iowa Hawkapellas are entirely student-founded and directed. Open to any year or major, we each share a talent and passion for singing and the art of performance.

We are fundraising to perform our spring concert at the Englert Theatre, a beautiful, magical space that amplifies our voices.

The Englert Theatre was built in 1921 and is Iowa City's last historic theatre. The Englert is a bridge between communities and entertainment, creating a remarkable atmosphere filled with the elation of live performance.

The Englert's vision is to build a sustainable, thriving arts-centered community, and we would love to perform there for our spring concert!

Our spring concert is our last performance of the year, and it marks the last time our seniors will perform with this group. We would be honored to perform at this historical and inspiring venue, to send off our seniors in the best way imaginable!
