Opportunities in Music Scholarship

The Opportunities in Music Scholarship is dedicated to enhancing the musical journey of high school band students. Inspired by my own experiences with financial hardship, I know firsthand how challenging it can be to participate in important events like the end-of-year band trip. I was fortunate enough to receive support that allowed me to attend, and that experience changed my perspective on the world and deepened my love for music.

This scholarship is designed to provide students with the same opportunity I had—to bond with fellow musicians and immerse themselves in the joy of music. Open to all students who demonstrate a commitment to their band and a passion for the art of music, this scholarship aims to celebrate and support the talents of young musicians.

By creating this fund, I hope to empower students to create lasting memories, develop friendships, and gain a greater appreciation for music, just as I did. Together, we can inspire the next generation of musicians to thrive in their artistic journeys.
