Let's Help Ingrid Get Her Surgeries

Hi, my name is Cassandra, and I'm fundraising for my daughter Ingrid so she can afford to receive the surgeries necessary for her transition. In addition to being my dear child, Ingrid is a well-loved member of our local community & the local art world. She deserves to receive the medical care necessary to be safe and comfortable in her body, so we are putting together this fund to take care of our dear Ingrid!
The funds will be used in this way:
- $11,000 will go to an essential hairline surgery not covered by insurance. Following her first FFS (Facial Feminization Surgery), her hairline was left with scars that required the work of a specialist. She currently has a surgery planned for the beginning of January for this operation, with a leading hairline surgeon in the bay area.
- $4,000 will go towards helping Ingrid to the potential deposit for any appointments not covered by insurance, heal and take time off work for the 3+ surgeries she is currently scheduling. These include FFS round two, vocal surgery, and breast augmentation. Some of the surgeries will likely be covered by insurance, but she will be losing a generous amount of work from the operations, rest, and healing. We will update the goal as it becomes clearer how much we specifically need for this portion.
