Help Ingrid Heal from Lyme and Rocky Mountain Fever

Donation protected
Ingrid is a young German Shorthaired Pointer that was saved from an over-crowded shelter in Southern Illinois on 10-22. The first photo is from her pit stop at IBR HQ for photos and after she was seen by our vet for an exam and blood work. Poor sweetie came in with double eye infections and sadly she is infected with Lyme disease and Rocky Mountain spotted fever.
In spite of her health issues, and while being a bit on the wild side, Ingrid is a very friendly GSP. She loves people and other dogs. She is also a typical playful girl and once her brain and body heals she is going to be an amazing pet and companion. It's just going to take some time.
A week after we started antibiotics, we did test Ingrid's nose on birds and she definitely has some hunting instincts. She will need A LOT of obedience training but it was fun seeing her have a light bulb moment when she pointed for the first time.
We've got hundreds invested in Ingrid's medical care and we sure could use some thoughtful donations to help with her recovery. Any donation no matter what size would be appreciated.
