Hi, this is Sandra and Yadira. We are close friends of Ingrid and are starting this fundraiser to help with expenses related to Gustavo's passing.

Ingrid and Gustavo met in El Salvador and came to the U.S. together to build a life side by side. They were together for 24 years.

Gustavo was the love of Ingrid's life-he loved her deeply, and she was with him through it all.

He passed away suddenly from a heart attack on July 3, just one day after celebrating his birthday. Ingrid got the call while she was at work. It was a devastating shock.

Now she's trying to navigate life without him, with their sweet dog, Luna, by her side. This is a difficult time, and we want to support her.
