My mother Inez Franklin lost her fight of Breast Cancer a few days ago in the comfort of our home.

We as her children tried the best that we could to care for her for many years, but especially these 2 years since her diagnosis. I wouldn’t wish the way we found her on anyone

This is an incredibly sad and traumatizing time.

I am happy that our mom prepared us for this day even though we are still in shock. We are just her babies (grown babies) but this tragedy became a huge wakeup call.

This will be our first time maneuvering through adulthood without her help. We have never left home until now because of her health so this will be a year of many firsts. So please give us grace.

We are asking for your loving support with laying her to rest. We also will need help financially to keep us afloat for a few months until we are able to get back on our feet and find jobs, a car and housing for us three.

So many people loved our mother and her big heart. Im happy that she taught us kindness and greatfulness towards others. The biggest thing she taught us is love and faith. My mom would give her last and would be afraid to ask for help so this is hard for us to do.
