Hi, my name is Alyssa and I’m raising money on behalf of my 7 year old Bull Terrier, Indy.

Indy developed two large tumors on her leg and neck (rock hard to the touch) a few months ago. After taking her to the vet for a biopsy they confirmed she has squamous cell carcinoma (also known as skin cancer).

I am absolutely devastated by this news and have been crying my eyes out about it all day. She is my first fur baby and love of my life. I hate to think she has been in pain and is suffering.

Indy is currently scheduled for her pre op blood work tomorrow, with surgery the following Tuesday. I wish I could afford all her bills as she is family, but due to COVID my Dad isn’t working and I recently left my job for my own health and hospital visits.

I’ve already paid for her biopsy which cost about $400, but surgery will be $1200 per lump removal. In addition, my vet recommended I do chest X-rays to confirm the cancer hasn’t spread (I have yet to receive an estimate on the price of this, but will find out tomorrow).

Overall, I am estimating my total vet bill to be between $2-3k in costs. I don’t expect to reach this goal as I know these are tough times, so any donation is immensely appreciated. Thank you so much for the help, even if it’s just a share ❤️
