Indie has been our family’s best friend since we adopted her as a four-month-old puppy. Her story began in a rescue group, where her mom, an abused junk yard dog, was saved and brought to safety. The rescue group didn’t know she was pregnant, but two weeks later, she gave birth to four healthy puppies—Indie was one of them. We welcomed Indie into our home, and she’s been a source of joy and comfort ever since.

Recently, Indie was diagnosed with a mast cell tumor on her leg. Despite this, she remains active, vibrant, and full of life. To keep her healthy and mobile, she needs surgery, aftercare, and extra support for about a month. This is a challenging time for our family, especially after my own medical journey, which required months of healing both physically and financially. Through it all, Indie was by my side, offering comfort and companionship when I needed it most.

Now, we’re asking for help to give Indie the care she needs. Funds raised will go toward her surgery, aftercare, and the time I’ll need to take off work to support her recovery. Indie has given us so much love, and we want to do everything we can to help her heal and stay part of our family. Any support means the world to us and to Indie.
