For the good people out there, who have never been victims of domestic violence, sexual assault, organized crime or any forms of oppression; please read this with an open mind and some empathy.

I want you all to know that sharing my story is very humiliating but exposing these crimes is the only path to survival for me. Please note I didn’t find out there is an official #targetedindividuals program until October of 2024 after my boss said to me, “Do some research. This kind of stuff has to be happening to other people. I bet you can find documentaries about this”. I said, “well, I’m definitely sure they didn’t just learn these skills for me. It is too coordinated and so many people are involved in harassing me”. I first started searching online for information on gang stalking since I had so many different men following me and stalking me whenever I was out in public. My research led me to a few nonprofit organizations that advocated for targeted victims like me.

As I learned more about the targeted individual program, I have come to the realization that I have been a targeted individual all my life. Both my maternal and paternal grandfathers were military veterans and involved in organized gang crime. I hate sharing this, but they were sex traffickers, human traffickers and pedophiles. Both my maternal grandmother and my mom were severely abused, and my mother was trafficked to my father’s family when she was a child. My mom was 15 years old when she had me. Other family members have told me she was on LSD when she got pregnant with me. When you consider all my family history, it is very possible I was a MKUltra Baby. I have never met my father or his parents. My mom physically escaped them while she was pregnant with me. However, they tried everything to get custody of me my entire childhood. Beginning with a bomb threat at Methodist Hospital the day my mom was supposed to take me home…

Unfortunately, the majority of my life, I have been trying to escape abuse. At age 12, I became a habitual runaway as I was constantly running away from abuse. At age 13, I was made a ward of the state of Indiana. I was in and out of the state funded Family Support Centers’, The Guardian’s Home and Group Homes. These facilities were full of children that had been severely abused but a lot of them were also very abusive to others, including myself. I have never been a person who could tolerate violence or injustice. I’m a true empath and I have always stood up for myself and others. I have never been an aggressive confrontational type of person though. I have always tried to pursue leaving a bad situation instead of making it worse. Don’t get me wrong, I have lost my cool but my conscience louder than most and do not handle regret well. As a young child, my grandmother always told me I could be anything I wanted to be. I believed that fairytale most of my life. I have always been ambitious and driven to make a better life for myself and everyone around me. Thus, I have always been a dependable, dedicated hard worker. My life taught me early on there is nothing in this world you can buy for free so I have always valued the things you cannot buy like kindness and honesty along with music and the outdoors. Throughout my life, I have sought out likeminded people and mentors who could teach me how to how to achieve my goals. My tribe today is full of the most kindhearted, honest souls who are fighting the good fight for freedom and justice from covert organized torture terrorist.

The problems that I am facing today are literally monstrous! Since I physically escaped my abusive ex-boyfriend in August of 2023 who I found out was involved in various aspects of deep state drug trafficking and human trafficking along doing other work for the Mafia; I have suffered the most inhumane harassment and electronic torture.

Since August 2023, everything in my life has been continually sabotaged. I have been experiencing nonstop Organized Stalking with terrifying Zerserzung Trauma Based Psychological Warfare tactics being executed on me constantly by numerous gangs of deep state actors. The East Germany Street Police (Stasi) used these same tactics to repress political opponents and oppress dissent through the same covert actions that are being done to me daily. I am literally subjected to relentless sabotage of all of life’s necessary resources. I experience continual technology hacking & interference on all my devices and every personal account, mail tampering & theft, around the clock surveillance and overt stalking, character assassination smear campaigns, constant community harassment, street theater with continual entrapment attempts, vehicle & home invasions, vandalism, satanic ritual message & death threats left in my home and next to my car, complete friend & family alienation, forced isolation, employment sabotage, total financial ruin and numerous different type of poisonings along with sexual harassment with remote physical assaults which has resulted in unavoidable post-traumatic stress disorder along with severe chronic physical pain due to daily & nightly torture with numerous types of Military Grade Directed Energy Weapons. Oh and if you didn’t know Directed Energy Weapons were a real thing, let me tell you, I was SHOCKED and STUNNED when I found out too…

Here are some hard facts regarding directed energy weapons (DEWs). The United States started making patents for DEWs in the 60’s. Today there are 100s of US patents for directed energy weapons and remote neural monitoring mind control weapons. A market research expert, iMARC has reported that Over $8 Billion dollars in Directed Energy Weapons were sold in 2024 and forecasts that over $33 Billions of Directed Energy Weapons will be sold in 2032.

My electronic torture has made it so I can barely hear anyone speak now because I have a constant electronic buzz and static sound in my left ear 24/7. I’m being hit with radio frequencies constantly all over my body. It makes me feel like I’m on a turbulent jet plane, swaying around and losing my balance all day. This causes me severe constant muscle tension and spasms throughout my body with fibromyalgia type of pain. These sadists also radio frequency neuroweapons on me to send me terrifying subliminal messages and pictures as well as use microwave electromagnetic pulse radiation to harass and electrocute me as well as sexually assault me all night long! If you don’t think this is possible, please google US Patent 6470214 for starters and review the key evidence under the resources page on TargetedJustice.com. These assaults have caused me to have numerous “Havana Syndrome” traumatic brain injuries 100s of times with concussions, vertigo, migraines, memory loss and blackouts along with heart attack & stroke like symptoms as well as extreme bone crushing pain in my legs, hips, back and neck along with Achilles Heel to the point I have not been able to walk without severe pain since November of 2024. After these monsters electrocuted the heel of my foot for 30 minutes straight, they made me lose my ability to work my weekend jobs as a waitress and then made me lose my main employment, remote 9-5 job on April 11, 2025, then made me become homeless again in July 2025 since they started internally sabotaging my disability insurance claim.

Here's what happened with my main employment and my main source of income. In February of 2025, I took an approved FMLA short-term disability leave from work because of the detrimental effects all of this has had on my health. I worked remotely for my employer for 4 years and my performance reviews document I was exceeding expectations in my role throughout all of this pain. I had great relationships with my team as well as my boss. My boss knew basically everything that was being done to me ever since October of 2023 when I had to report my work phone was hacked. Then they hacked my work computer and locked me and my IT out of it once I started working on a protection order against my abusive ex-boyfriend. Ever since then, my boss always inquired about the status of all these events happening to me. He became a very supportive advocate for me as I continued to have technological interference in regard to my work systems. He even told me it was our company’s responsibility to protect my work technology. He knew about the electrocutions being done to me and even confirmed that these directed energy weapons are used by the military. He was also very supportive of me taking the FMLA leave in February to get medical help. I planned to use my time off work to get medical treatment, find help to stop these criminals and find safe housing to move to. I was completely blindsided when the new leadership at my company decided to terminate my position when I was on FMLA leave. It is nearly impossible to move to a safe new home without a job or any income. I am currently in an appeal process for my short-term disability insurance payments. They were approved through 6/10/25 but my claim was closed because New York Life literally stalled on reviewing my doctor’s request to continue my disability insurance on 6/17 and then they delayed requesting additional information until 7/1 which didn’t give me enough time to get the additional info from my doctor before the cutoff date of 7/10. It’s like someone knew she was going to be on vacation around the 4th of July then was out for court and training. New York Life was supposed to review and respond to my doctor’s request to extend my disability claim within 3-5 business days, not wait nearly two weeks. New York Life closed my claim because they stated they didn’t receive the additional requested information from my doctor by 7/10. So I had to write an appeal letter and fax all the documentation to a different department. I also spoke with my original claim manager and uploaded all 12 documents sent by my doctor to my claim on 7/30. My original claim manager confirmed she saw all 12 documents that I uploaded on 7/30. However, they just sent me a letter on 8/21 saying the doctor didn’t supply enough evidence and I need to provide more evidence by 9/4. This letter from New York Life had attachments of what info they reviewed from my doctor, but they didn’t review all the info we faxed and I uploaded on 7/30. I logged into the portal on 8/22 and all 12 documents I uploaded to my claim on 7/30 were missing from my claim. However, they did an upload of 10 of those documents on 8/5 except they left out my doctor’s office visit notes from 6/17 with all my test results and all the medical issues she diagnosed along with the disability medical request form my doctor which was completed during my in-person appointment with her on 6/17. This is proof that someone at New York Life is literally sabotaging my disability claim. I called and reported it. I told them they needed to investigate, and I need to have a supervisor call. They told me they will have a supervisor call me back in 3 to 5 business days, however, I have yet to hear from anyone. I just had a physical examination with my primary care doctor on 8/25 and she is working with me on my long-term disability insurance claim with New York Life and SSDI disability claim now. My primary care doctor started my short-term disability claim for me in February of 2025 on the grounds of severe PTSD and chronic pain. She managed my care until I met with the specialist in June. New York life didn’t give us any issues until I was diagnosed with Havana Syndrome..

I really should be approved for my short-term disability insurance backpay and be approved for my new long-term disability claim and SSDI as well. However, these deep state gang stalkers continue to try to entrap me every day and night so that I cannot keep overcoming all these obstacles and meet all the requirements or deadlines. It really is a constant battle! They declared war on me and have an army of men against me.

By the way, these monsters also totally amped up my torture when I went on short-term disability leave in February of 2025. Obviously the 6 months of extreme torture in my apartment in Fishers wasn’t doing the trick so they literally started hunting and assaulting me with aerosol chemicals whenever I would go out in my community to do anything to try to help myself. For example, they assaulted me with chemicals when I was leaving the public library after printing out information on how to diagnosis Havana Syndrome to take to my doctor. They assaulted me with chemicals when I checked my mailbox. They assaulted me with chemicals when I got lunch at Wendy’s. They assaulted me with chemicals when I was leaving with my groceries from Walmart. They have literally assaulted me chemical 100s of times in dozens of different ways since then. These chemical assaults immediately give me a severe migraine, blurred vision and make me incapacitated for three to five hours. These chemical assaults also increase the severity of their directed energy weapon assaults on my body because the nano technology in these chemicals act as a receiver inside your body. It also causes an immediate panic attack because of the terrifying reality that these people are trying to destabilize me and entrap me again. They are literally trying to set me up to make me look mentally unstable so I will be institutionalized or go postal so I will be incarcerated. They have honestly tried to set me up so many times I do not think they will ever stop.

On May 22, 2025, the deep state had the Police Department entrap me by illegally executing an emergency detention on me. The paperwork that these deep state gang stalkers had our ignorant brainwashed policemen bring to my apartment and give to the Hospital said that I needed to be detained for 14 days for a psychiatric evaluation. The deep state had a doctor that isn’t even a psychiatrist who I have never met or spoken to complete paperwork stating that I was paranoid delusional and needed psychiatric help because I was posting on Facebook that I am being tortured with Directed Energy Weapons. First of all, this was illegal because emergency detention orders for mental health can only be granted for 72 hours initially. After a person is evaluated for 72 hours in a hospital by a psychiatry team, a psychiatrist can then file with the court to have the emergency detention extended for 14 more days. The deep state did this emergency detention for 14 days in effort to stop me from going to my scheduled Havana Syndrome evaluation on June 3rd in New Jersey with a highly credible Neurologist / Neurophysicist who specializes in diagnosing Havana Syndrome and other health problems caused by electromagnetic pulse radiation. I was planning to drive out there with my daughter the weekend before my appointment on June 3rd. The emergency order for 14 days was supposed to make me stay in the hospital until at least June 6th so I would miss my appointment with this specialist that I had been waiting to see since I was able to find this type of specialist that takes my insurance in March. When I got to the hospital and they asked me why I was posting this stuff on Facebook, I told them because it’s really happening to me. I explained that I am a whistleblower to deep state corruption and an active advocate for targeted victims. I explained how these criminals keep breaking into my apartment homes to steal and damage my written evidence, so I started posting evidence publicly on Facebook. I told them about being on short-term disability leave from work to get diagnosed correctly. I also explained how I already was able to get forensic evidence done in March that proves I was being tortured with a satellite directed energy weapon, two lasers and radio frequencies in my apartment in Fishers along with being on drone surveillance and being trafficked through a network called Ice Cream and people are paying to hear me being tortured! I told them my next step was to get documentation about the severe health problems I am having because of being targeted with these weapons. I told them they needed to let me out and that is when they told me the doctor filed the emergency detention for 14 days. I went off explaining how they had me put in a mental hospital to sabotage me from getting any real help to protect myself. My social worker there confirmed the emergency detention paperwork was not done by the rules of the law. He printed out a copy of the court order that the police gave to them when they brought me there. The 1st page says Amended in big bold print. On the 3rd page, they checked a box stating the application was filed within 48 hours of admission and they checked the box stating the court authorizes continued emergency detention. However, the emergency detention for 14 days can only be filed after admission and an evaluation by a psychiatrist. My social worker said this is not right and told me a doctor was supposed to evaluate me for 72 hours before filing for a 14-day extension. He said he would advocate for me to get me out of there on time to make my appointment with the specialist so I could be evaluated for Havana Syndrome. When I got to the hospital, all the staff noticed I was in a lot of pain and I could barely walk, which was from all the torture being done to me in my apartment. After 3 days, it was noticeable that my pain was decreasing, and I could walk better. However, I was still being targeted with radio frequencies while I was in the hospital, but I was still able to effectively communicate why this was being done to me, how it was being done and how it is being covered up. Luckliy, a lot of the staff there had military experience and never denied that directed energy weapons exist. I also had my daughter bring me the book, Guinea Pigs - Technologies of Control by Dr John Hall which help a lot. I am so very fortunate that while I was there, I wasn’t secretly transferred to another hospital or forced to take any mind control medications. I also wasn’t diagnosed with any mental illnesses, and I was discharged in plenty of time to make it to New Jersey to meet with the specialist. This stunt costs over $23,000 in medical bills! Have I mentioned yet that I must file for bankruptcy now?!

However, on December 9th 2021 the deep state criminals committed the most heinous acts of psychiatric entrapment, fraud and abusive which I discussed in my attached interview on That Gang Stalking Show.

For the record, Dr Lydia Shajenko is the specialist I was evaluated by in New Jersey. She is a Neurologist, Neurophysicist who also has her degree in Psychiatry. She is well educated on health problems caused by these covert torture programs and the Psychiatry fraud used to discredit victims and cover up these crimes. She did numerous tests including a complete medical history, physical exams, various neurocognitive assessments, an EMG, a 72-hour ambulatory EEG, and multiple MRIs.

Below are the diagnoses.

EMG – showed cervical and lumbar radiculitis; EEG-mild intermittent cortical slowing; MRI brain – multiple abnormal white matter regions; MRI cervical spine – spondylosis multiple levels with HNP, degenerative changes, osteophyte complexes, foraminal narrowing and cord impingement C6-7; MRI lumbar spine – multilevel HNP- L3-4, L4-5, L5-S-1 Disc disease

F43.12: Chronic PTSD, symptoms last longer than 3 months, F51.05: Insomnia due to another mental disorder, G93.32: Chronic fatigue along with code Z72.821 refers to Inadequate sleep, G89.21: Chronic pain due to trauma, M79.70: Fibromyalgia or M79.1. Myalgia, M62.830: Muscle spasms in the back, musculoskeletal disorder, R20.9: Numbness and tingling- Unspecified disturbances of skin sensation, G43.911: Migraine, unspecified, intractable, with status migrainosus, R42: for dizziness including lightheadedness, feeling faint, and feeling unsteady, G93.49: (for Havana Syndrome symptoms) Other encephalopathy, mild confusion to severe neurological impairments like memory loss or personality change, S06.0X9A: (for Havana Syndrome symptoms) Concussion with loss of consciousness of unspecified duration.

Treatment Plan: Prescribed Ubrelvy, Cerefolin, lidocaine patches, Trigger Point Injection

Referrals for Rheumatologist, Physical Therapy and MRIs – right foot, right knee, left hip

Patient is restricted from all work activities at this time. She is considered 100% disabled from severe PTSD, insomnia/ sleep deprivation, chronic fatigue, migraines, memory loss/confusion along with severe musculoskeletal pain/ fibromyalgia and back spasms and pain in neck, back and foot along with numbness, tingling and electric shock sensations all over her body.

Unfortunately, I have not been able to get the additional medical treatment Dr. Shajenko recommended since I have not received my short-term disability payments since 6/10 and cannot afford to pay my high Cobra Healthcare Insurance premium. I was finally able to borrow money to pay my July premium on 7/30 so I would lose access permanently to these benefits, but I have not been able to get money to pay my August premium yet and if I do not pay $859.22 by 8/31 I will lose all access to these good benefits permanently. However, I will need to pay another $859.22 on 9/1 to actually use my health insurance benefits. I did just get approved for the state funded health insurance called HIP on 8/25/25. However, none of my doctors or therapist is in network for this insurance. I really would like help paying my cobra premium now so I can continue care with my doctors and not be forced to settle for government sick care insuance…

Also, while I was out east, I met with another specialist named Jesse Beltran with Mind Nexus Live. He helps targeted individuals investigate the possible presence of non-consensual subdermal electronic devices which have been used in unauthorized surveillance and experimentation. He did a Preliminary Radio Frequency Detection body scan over my entire body. The evaluation was videotaped. His team used a spectrum analyzer to establish baseline frequencies within the testing environment. For the radio frequency analysis of my body, they used a JM 20 Pro Frequency Detector for an initial identification of positive frequency activity being emitted from body and a ACECO FC1003 Frequency Reader for precise frequency level measurements. His assessment found 12 places on my body emitting radio frequencies. Jesse’s report also provided documentation from the FCC in regard to who owns the radio frequency levels that were found being emitted from my body. The radio frequencies that are being emitted from my body are owned by the National Security Agency, The Department of Defense, Darpa, the Army, the Navy, VA, USAF, CIA, HHS and NIH. Please note I have never served in the military…

I understand it is really hard to believe that the government would be involved in targeting innocent civilians. However, there is all kinds of evidence from dozens of whistleblowers that formerly worked on these black ops targeting programs from the NASA, NSA, DOD, DARPA, CIA, FBI, Cops, Private Security Companies and former “neighbor watch” community gang stalkers as well as testimonies given to me by thousands of targeted individuals that have experienced the same electronic torture that is being done to me. I have referenced a few of these whistleblowers for you at the end of my story.

Unfortunately, I have not found anyone in local law enforcement who will investigate these organized hate crimes being committed against me. I have literally filed 8 reports with the police and with the FBI since August of 2023. The police just tell me they cannot investigate, and I need to catch these criminals on camera in my home and/or to call the FBI. I have not been able to catch them on camera in my home. They literally hack ALL my technology including my ADT security system and shut my cameras down. The FBI just hangs up on me very quickly every time I call them. I even had proof ADT finally caught “someone” hacking my alarm system. A nonprofit organization called Targeted Justice have been told by numerous government whistleblowers that the police and FBI won't help targeted individuals because I am secretly ILLEGALLY listed on the terrorist screening database watchlist as a non-investigative subject under the CIA’s unacknowledged special access program. This is where the deep state criminals put whistleblowers like me and other people they do not like. Fact - In 2021, 278,000 fraudulent FISA warrants were issued for this category. The Inspector General also investigated and reported that 97% of the people listed on the terrorist screening database have no ties to terrorism. Sadly, the deep State likes to get rid of people who exposed corruption and the more people they put on the watchlist to be targets the more funding they get, so then they get to create more jobs for either old boys’ network of control. This is really a HUGE monstrous problem!

It is so disheartening because I am a law-abiding citizen. There is no due process or oversight for this watchlist. What they are doing to me is so incredibly horrific. It is beyond cruel and unusual punishment!

To this end, I have been knocked down (again), but I know I can get back up again with your support!

Right now, I’m in need of money for all of life’s necessities and all the critical must haves to protect myself. The emergency homeless shelter I’ve been staying in since August 6th gave me an exit date of September 5th. I must find another safe place to live temporarily. A trusted veteran targeted individual friend of mine here in Indiana has a trusted experienced targeted individual friend on the east coast that can provide safe housing for me for a little while I get back on my feet, but I will need help relocating safely. It is not safe for me to drive there by myself with these gang stalkers constantly hitting me with radio frequencies as I drive and continually try to entrap me. My friend is willing to drive me out there in my car, but we need help paying for her flight back home.

Also, if I do not continue to take action to prove what is being done to me, these criminals have no reason to stop. They need to be held accountable for their actions and pay major consequences for breaking all these laws. I need money to retain an Attorney to file a lawsuit against the Police Department along with the doctor and the judge who illegally falsified documents to try to have me detained for 14 days in an attempt to stop me from getting medical treatment for Havana Syndrome. I need money to have the forensic reports prepared for court by Aimee’s Audios in regard to the sublingual acoustic fingerprinting analysis she did of my apartment in Fishers that uncovered the weapons being used to torture me. I would also like her to do an analysis of the videos I took at the homeless shelter on August 13th and August 24th while they were torturing me. On August 13th I caught 2 drones on video flying right above the homeless shelter at 5am when I ran outside to get relief after they had been torturing me all night. On August 24, I caught a perp talking in the background through my phone as I was making a video documenting their relentless torture. I would also like to have at least one video analyzed from them torturing in July while I was living with extended family in Camby, Indiana immediately after I moved out of my apartment in Fishers.

I also really want to go to Washington, DC this September 9th – 12th for the Rally Targeted Justice is hosting. I want to meet with my state’s representatives while T.J. is with me so I can tell them in person about these horrific hate crimes that are being committed against me so we can get them working on legislation like the Neveda Electronic Torture Act and the California Bill to End Covert Organized Torture enacted. I also want to visit with the Washington FBI office to show them my evidence and plead for them to investigate my case while I have advocates from Targeted Justice with me. I will have a much better chance of them investigating if I have experienced witnesses with me sitting on my side of the table.

I want to also continue getting forensic documentation in regard to the radio frequencies being emitted from my body. The next step is for me to have a nonlinear junction detection scan to confirm if I have any physical electronic semiconduction materials inside my body. I really believe I was implanted in my left ear when I was a child. I have always been questioned by doctors since I was a child asking me why I have so much scar tissue in my left ear. Since I was young, I have also always had abnormal hearing test in my left ear too. I think they botched the surgery when they implanted my left ear and that is why I cannot hear audible voice to skull (V2K) harassment. I only get subliminal thoughts and pictures which is bad enough. Currently, the only specialist that has the equipment and a process set up to detect these properly is John Kingston who is located in Salt Lake City. The cost for this test is $1,000. I would also need to get a hotel for the night before and probably the night of the test as well as airfare there and back. However, Mind Nexus Live is in the process of purchasing the equipment needed to do the nonlinear junction detection scans as well. The costs will probably be about the same, but I shouldn’t have to travel far since they travel out the U.S. doing their RF Scan Clinics now.

Just recently Mind Nexus Live was able to set up a new process so that if someone has a positive nonlinear junction detection scan and a positive RF detection scan, we can get a referral to a doctor in New York for an in-depth ultrasound on these specific spots. The doctor who is trained to look for these implants via ultrasound does accept my employer’s health insurance which is another reason I do not want to lose my company’s health insurance benefits. If this doctor is able to capture any foreign bodies, I will be given a referral to their surgeon in New York that has legal chain of custody process established to remove these devices and trace it back to the manufacturer who will be required to give us documentation on who they sold the device to. This legal chain of custody process has been established with a legal team that will work on Pro Bono terms to help me pursue legal action in regards to these implants. The doctor who has the ultrasound process set up also has a forensic process for testing hair samples for evidence of nanotechnology as well as chemical poisonings. I really need this done as well. These people have assaulted me with 100s of aerosol chemicals to destabilize me. I really want to have forensic documentation of these poisonings included in my case.

As you can see, my situation is super complex. I am literally being assaulted with invisible weapons that do not leave a bullet mark. This isn’t a simple case of me just needing money to float me until I can find another job. These people will not let me work. These people will not let me sleep. These people are causing me constant extreme pain. I’m in constant fight, flight or freeze mode. There seriously isn’t any easy way out of this for me. They are not going to quit torturing me until they get their way with me, or the judicial system makes them pay for these crimes. Unfortunately, the burden of proof falls on the victim’s shoulders, which is how these terrorists have been getting away with these crimes for decades. I mean, think about it. I’m a poor girl from a poor family with limited means and they think I am disposable. I really do believe I need to take all the above actions to ever stop them ALL from targeting me again. Plus, helping me fund this fight for my life will not just be helping me. It will be helping all the other targeted individuals find justice as I have the courage to see this through. I will take back my life and get well again for myself and my children! My success will lead the way to making more significant changes in regards to protecting the civil rights and human rights of people that are being covertly tortured today. Here are the Federal Laws & Treaties these criminals are breaking

Approximately 70% of Targeted Individuals are women, making it a Hate Crime against women. Hate crimes are a prejudice-motivated crime, usually violent, which occurs when a perpetrator targets a victim due to gender, ethnicity, disability, language, nationality, physical appearance, religion, gender identity or sexual orientation.

The Violence Against Women Act of 1994

The Act provided $1.6 billion toward investigation and prosecution of violent crimes against women, imposed automatic and mandatory restitution on those convicted, and allowed civil redress in cases prosecutors chose to leave un-prosecuted. The Act also established the Office on Violence Against Women within the Department of Justice. VAWA was again reauthorized in 2013.

Violent Crime Control and Law Enforcement Act (1994)

The Violent Crime Control and Law Enforcement Act, enacted in 28 U.S.C. § 994 note Sec. 280003, requires the United States Sentencing Commission to increase the penalties for Hate Crimes committed on the basis of the actual or perceived race, color, religion, national origin, ethnicity, or gender of any person.

Matthew Shepard and James Byrd, Jr. Hate Crimes Prevention Act (2009)

On October 28, 2009 President Obama signed the Matthew Shepard and James Byrd, Jr. Hate Crimes Prevention Act, attached to the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2010, which expanded existing United States federal Hate Crime law to apply to crimes motivated by a victim's actual or perceived gender, sexual orientation, gender identity, or disability, and dropped the prerequisite that the victim be engaging in a federally protected activity.

Civil Rights Act of 1968

The Civil Rights Act of 1968 enacted 18 U.S.C. § 245(b)(2), which permits federal prosecution of anyone who "willingly injures, intimidates or interferes with another person, or attempts to do so, by force because of the person's race, color, religion or national origin" or because of the victim's attempt to engage in one of six types of federally protected activities, such as attending school, patronizing a public place/facility, applying for employment, acting as a juror in a state court or voting.

18 U.S. Code § 241 - Conspiracy against rights

If two or more persons conspire to injure, oppress, threaten, or intimidate any person in any State, Territory, Commonwealth, Possession, or District in the free exercise or enjoyment of any right or privilege secured to him by the Constitution or laws of the United States, or because of his having so exercised the same;

They shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than ten years, or both; and if death results from the acts committed in violation of this section or if such acts include kidnapping or an attempt to kidnap, aggravated sexual abuse or an attempt to commit aggravated sexual abuse, or an attempt to kill, they shall be fined under this title or imprisoned for any term of years or for life, or both, or may be sentenced to death.

Torture - 18 U.S. Code Chapter 113C - § 2340

(1) “torture” means an act committed by a person acting under the color of law specifically intended to inflict severe physical or mental pain or suffering (other than pain or suffering incidental to lawful sanctions) upon another person within his custody or physical control;

(2) “severe mental pain or suffering” means the prolonged mental harm caused by or resulting from--

(A) the intentional infliction or threatened infliction of severe physical pain or suffering; and

(3) “United States” means the several States of the United States, the District of Columbia, and the commonwealths, territories, and possessions of the United States.

(a) Offense.--

Whoever outside the United States commits or attempts to commit torture shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than 20 years, or both, and if death results to any person from conduct prohibited by this subsection, shall be punished by death or imprisoned for any term of years or for life.

(b) Jurisdiction.--There is jurisdiction over the activity prohibited in subsection (a) if--

(1) the alleged offender is a national of the United States; or

(2) the alleged offender is present in the United States, irrespective of the nationality of the victim or alleged offender.

(c) Conspiracy.--

A person who conspires to commit an offense under this section shall be subject to the same penalties (other than the penalty of death) as the penalties prescribed for the offense, the commission of which was the object of the conspiracy.

Terrorism 18 U.S. Code § 2331

As used in this chapter--

(1) the term “international terrorism” means activities that--

(A) involve violent acts or acts dangerous to human life that are a violation of the criminal laws of the United States or of any State, or that would be a criminal violation if committed within the jurisdiction of the United States or of any State;

(B) appear to be intended--

(i) to intimidate or coerce a civilian population

18 U.S. Code § 2333 - Civil remedies

(a)Action and Jurisdiction.--

Any national of the United States injured in his or her person, property, or business by reason of an act of international terrorism, or his or her estate, survivors, or heirs, may sue therefor in any appropriate district court of the United States and shall recover threefold the damages he or she sustains and the cost of the suit, including attorney’s fees.

(b) Whoever obstructs, attempts to obstruct, or in any way interferes with or prevents the enforcement of this section, shall be subject to the penalties described in subsection (a).

(f)“Electronic surveillance” means--

(1)

the acquisition by an electronic, mechanical, or other surveillance device of the contents of any wire or radio communication sent by or intended to be received by a particular, known United States person who is in the United States, if the contents are acquired by intentionally targeting that United States person, under circumstances in which a person has a reasonable expectation of privacy and a warrant would be required for law enforcement purposes;

(2)

the acquisition by an electronic, mechanical, or other surveillance device of the contents of any wire communication to or from a person in the United States, without the consent of any party thereto, if such acquisition occurs in the United States, but does not include the acquisition of those communications of computer trespassers that would be permissible under section 2511(2)(i) of title 18;

(3)

the intentional acquisition by an electronic, mechanical, or other surveillance device of the contents of any radio communication, under circumstances in which a person has a reasonable expectation of privacy and a warrant would be required for law enforcement purposes, and if both the sender and all intended recipients are located within the United States; or

(4)

the installation or use of an electronic, mechanical, or other surveillance device in the United States for monitoring to acquire information, other than from a wire or radio communication, under circumstances in which a person has a reasonable expectation of privacy and a warrant would be required for law enforcement purposes.

Intentional targeting of civilians

Pursuant to Article 8(2)(b)(ii) of the 1998 ICC Statute, “Intentionally directing attacks against civilian objects, that is, objects which are not military objectives” constitutes a war crime in international armed conflicts. The United States has been operating in a declared state of war, since passage of the Patriot Act on October 26, 2001.

Crimes Against Humanity

The number of civilians worldwide, that have been targeted and/or killed by Directed Energy Weapons is staggering. Although definitions of crimes against humanity differ slightly from treaty to treaty, all definitions provide that the deliberate, widespread, or systematic killing of civilians by an organization or government is a crime against humanity. Unlike war crimes, crimes against humanity may be committed in times of peace or in periods of unrest that do not rise to the level of an armed conflict.

"I was only following orders." This is another defense that is explicitly illegitimate under international law. The U.N. Convention Against Torture, which was sent to the Senate by Ronald Reagan in 1988, states that “no exceptional circumstances whatsoever, whether a state of war or a threat or war, internal political instability or any other public emergency, may be invoked as a justification of torture.”

Definition of torture

Article 1.1 of the Convention defines torture as:

For the purpose of this Convention, the term "torture" means any act by which severe pain or suffering, whether physical or mental, is intentionally inflicted on a person for such purposes as obtaining from him, or a third person, information or a confession, punishing him for an act he or a third person has committed or is suspected of having committed, or intimidating or coercing him or a third person, or for any reason based on discrimination of any kind, when such pain or suffering is inflicted by or at the instigation of or with the consent or acquiescence of a public official or other person acting in an official capacity. It does not include pain or suffering arising only from, inherent in, or incidental to, lawful sanctions.

Treason U.S. Code, 18 U.S.C. § 2381

Whoever, owing allegiance to the United States, levies war against them or adheres to their enemies, giving them aid and comfort within the United States or elsewhere, is guilty of treason and shall suffer death, or shall be imprisoned not less than five years and fined under this title but not less than $10,000; and shall be incapable of holding any office under the United States.

Whistleblowers

Ted Gunderson, Former Head of the LA FBI, signed an affidavit in 2011 exposing the details of the nationwide deep state gang stalking program after investigating it for 20 years. He stated it is led by the military in coordination with numerous organizations.

Dr. John Hall, wrote two books that resonated deeply with me. Guinea Pigs – Technologies of Control which gives a thoroughly history of the United States Government in regard to human experimentation and the current surveillance state we live in now. He explains how 1,600 of Hitler’s Psychiatrist, medical doctors and physicists were bought to the US through secret channels without State Department approval by the Office of Strategic Services, bypassing the Nuremberg trials to continue their research under Operation Paperclip and Operation 63. They were allowed to continue their mind control research in the United Sates under the auspices of the newly formed Central Intelligence Agency after World War II. Unfortunately, psychiatry has continued to be used punitively to this day in all countries, and an entire chapter is dedicated to these questionable medical practices in his book.
