Help India Fight for Oxygen
India needs your help!!
Here's the situation:
It has been heartbreaking to see the suffering in India from the latest COVID-19 surge. All over India and in particular Delhi, there is a lack of medical grade oxygen and oxygen monitoring for COVID-19 patients. Hospitals are overwhelmed and bodies are piling up with no end in sight. Oxygen shortages are expected to persist for the foreseeable future.
What can we do?
Please join us in raising money in partnership with SaveLIFE Foundation to support Delhi to get urgent supplies of pulse oximeters, oxygen cylinders, or other medical equipment as needed to build sustainable oxygen capacity.
What are the immediate needs?
As of this writing, we have been informed that 10,000 pulse oximeters, 1,000 oxygen cylinders, and 10 oxygen generation plants are required, with other supplies likely required as the situation evolves.
How will donations be used?
Our immediate fundraising goal of $100,000 will go a long way in helping meet the immediate needs. SaveLIFE Foundation , a 501(c)3 charity organization that is supporting Delhi's fight against COVID-19, will directly and verifiably manage all donations and coordinate to target areas of greatest need. We will provide regular updates regarding specific items procured and where these items will be used as the fundraising campaign progresses.
