Dear iNatural friends,
We soooo appreciate all you’ve done for us by ordering our food and supporting our brand of healthy meals over the years! We never thought it would come to this, but we need your financial help! As you know, we are committed to fresh, healthy, chemical-free cuisine and we want to continue serving this within our community. In the past, we relied primarily on corporate and private catering however, those orders have stopped. We need your help to keep going!
We were in the process of renovating to open our grab-and-go concept when Covid-19 hit our nation. Our business sales plummeted.
We are humbled by the support we have received from our customers. We want you to know we will not receive any financial assistance from the government. We will keep pushing forward. Our first goal is to improve your online ordering experience. We need to upgrade our website and e-commerce to allow easy, seamless ordering which enables online payments. We know this is important to you, as some have provided this feedback. The funds will go to this cause as well as the following needs:
1. Paying bills. We really need to pay down our debt/overhead expenses that are increasing daily
2. Pay vendors
3. Hire healthy safe employees
4. As stated earlier upgrade our website to the 21st century and join platform-based business models that create value for iNatural and its potential customers
5. Finish construction renovations to open iNatural's grab-and-go cafe/restaurant concept
6. Purchase equipment pre-specified for the renovation
7. Implement a diverse marketing strategy to rebuild business clients and community presence in a dynamic & competitive manner
