Help in supporting my dads cancer treatment

Hello my name is Magda and my dad has been diagnosed with stage 4 cancer.

He has been treated at the cancer center in Surrey but to say the least their intervention is slow and not progressive enough to help him fight.

He has undergone radiation to his neck tumour that way it could eliminate pain but the recovery took a long time as he couldn’t eat or drink forcing him to the ER for 2 weeks where he could get fluids and recover. In the meantime the cancer in his liver has progressed and he has developed jaundice , there was talk of placing a stent to drain the bile that’s backing up causing him to feel sick and not able to consume enough food ( nutrition) to gain his strength to be able to do the procedure. His blood work is showing extreme malnutrition (Albumin level 18 , should be 45-50). We have decided to try Intergrated medicine and treatment but it’s not covered by medical and very expensive. The idea is to get his immunity back up and supplement his body with the nutrition he needs to be strong enough for further cancer treatment, this is our last chance otherwise the cancer in his liver will continue developing and causing other issues ultimately breaking down his liver to a point of no hope.

The oncologist has said we need his weight and nutrition to get better and fast if we have any chance in moving forward with chemo to slow down or shrink the tumour.

My dad is staying optimistic and still wants to fight but we need our community & friends to help.

This is a big financial burden but we are not giving up on him and would appreciate any help possible to support his journey.
