Help in need of a hearing aid

I have a syndrome called Treacher Collins syndrome. I was born with no ears. I cant wear typical hearing aids. I have one called the otocon they no longer make them.they also don't repair them anymore.  I NEED something called the baha hearing aid. It is a bone conduction hearing aid.  I have 4 beautiful boys and a wife I put first. My hearing aid is hanging on by tape. I need help I work 2 jobs..my wife works to and we live paycheck to paycheck. I don't want to be deaf..anything helps. Thank you god bless.
