Help in my transition back to work

Well this has been a really rough year. Last July I herniated two discs in my neck and have been out of work since then thankfully worker’s comp has covered the medical side and had been paying me until I recently have been sent back to light duty. Unfortunately those payments were not enough to cover all our expenses and since I am no longer receiving those payments and won’t be getting paid for a few weeks we find ourselves in a serious bind. We have exhausted all our funds and find myself unable to cover what bills we still have let alone to get groceries for my family including my non-verbal autistic son. I truly hate asking people for assistance but I have little to no recourse at this time. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
