Our mom’s cancer is back and this time it’s worse. The cancer has spread and she has now been diagnosed with Colon Cancer Stage 4 Metastatic to the Left Lung. She has been given 6 months to live without treatment and maybe a year with aggressive chemotherapy.
Our mother is such a strong woman and is pulling through emotionally for all of us but mainly for our 10 year old little brother. She's a single mother who has dedicated her life to raising her children and being a woman of God. She lives a healthy lifestyle and loves reading and learning new things through research. She's a high-spirited person that enjoys music and loves dancing. Those who have met her know she has a huge heart and brings a beautiful smile to any room she enters.
We have found a treatment center that will do low-dose chemotherapy as well as treatments that will rebuild her immune system. Since she has chosen to go this route instead of the one size fits all recommended aggressive chemotherapy plus adding complimentary alternative therapy, insurance will not cover her treatment. The cost is more than we can afford and for that reason, we are asking for anyone that can help our Mom and give her a fighting chance. Not only to save her life but to be here with us longer and most importantly to continue to be here for our 10 year old brother. Any amount helps and we thank you in advance. Even if you’re not in the place to give financially, sharing this gofundme with others would help in reaching our goal for her treatment.
God knows when it’s time to go, but hearing this is hard on our Mom and everyone that loves and cares about her. We know we serve a mighty God and in His time our Mom will take her place in Heaven. We believe in the power of prayer and if you can’t give financially please help by continuing to pray for our Mom to be healed. We greatly appreciate everyone that has reached out, donated, shared this and has continued to keep our Mom in prayer. #TogetherWeCanWinThisFight
