Help in Jessie's Cancer Fight!

I am Chantelle Peat and I'm Maverick Hann's Cousin, Cousin in law to Jessie Hann. I've started this Go Fund Me Campaign on behalf of The Hann Family. They are very special to our family and I'm honored to be able to help them. As a mom myself, I want nothing more than for Jessie to have all the help and support she can. Any donation big or small, along with prayers, thoughts and kind words will help.

Let me introduce you to Jessie. She’s a wonderful woman, mom, wife, sister, daughter, niece and cousin. She’s there for her family and friends on a daily basis, especially in times of need. Their little family need our help now more than ever. Jess has been faced with a tremendous hurdle and we’re asking for help in fundraising to help get their family through this.

In 2019 doctors had found a tumor on Jessie’s Thyroid. She then saw a specialist and followed up in 2020 and 2021 with no changes and essentially no cause for concern. By 2022 after giving birth to their second daughter Aubrie, the tumor had tripled in size along with new tumor growths.

Jessie went in for surgery on October 28th, 2022. While recovering Jessie got a phone call with the pathology report. It was devastating news. Jessie now has Stage 3 Thyroid cancer with the cancer also having travelled to her Lymph Nodes. Jessie is in for the fight of her life along with her family, Husband Maverick, their two beautiful Daughters Sophia and Aubrie.

Jessie will have to travel to Saskatoon for her surgery this week and then follow up with Radiation treatments. This is going to take time away from her girls and her home and money. Jessie was slated to go back to work after maternity leave this month but this has put that on hold. The funds will be used to help with their stay in Saskatoon, meals, travel, gas and anything at home their girls may need while Jessie and Maverick are away.

We are asking for any help, small or big, as their family faces this next hurdle. We have no doubts with support, and determination Jessie can fight this cancer battle head on. She is a strong woman, but there is no stronger woman than a mom fighting for her health. We thank you for reading her story and for any help you can offer.
