Help in Giving Donna Sanders the Farewell She Deserves

Hi, my name is Katrina Sanders, and I started this fundraiser on behalf of my beautiful mom, Donna Sanders.

As many of you know, my mom has been at war with cancer the last few years. Although she won many battles the last few weeks, on July 25, 2025, she was ultimately defeated and went home to meet family already waiting in Heaven.

While no amount of time could ever have prepared me for such loss, I want to make sure her memory is honored with the grace and dignity she deserves.

These last few years, I’ve been her full-time caretaker — a role that’s brought both heartbreak and the deepest kind of love I’ve ever known. She was my world, and it’s incredibly hard to know she’s gone from this world forever.

This GoFundMe is to help with funeral and celebration of life expenses, so I can give her the peaceful, beautiful farewell she deserves. As many of you know, even a modest service can cost several thousand dollars — and with the financial challenges that come with full-time caregiving, I’m asking for help.

Funds will go toward:

•Funeral home services

•Burial or cremation (depending on final arrangements)

•Celebration of life gathering

•Flowers, obituary, printed materials

•Any remaining medical or administrative costs
