Help in Freddie's Recovery and his Family

Hi, I have never written one of these before, let alone post much of anything on social media.

My partner Freddie was struck by a motorcycle this past weekend while out for a run along Lakeshore Boulevard in downtown Toronto. He had an emergency craniotomy to alleviate a sub dural hematoma and extensive swelling in his brain. As I write this he is in a coma, after receiving superb care at Toronto Western Hospital.

This is all very surreal and the realities are starting to sink in. All of Freddie's extended family live in Sao Paulo, Brazil, and have never been to Canada. I am the liaison between these worlds right now, and want to help his family to see him in hospital in Toronto, as his condition is critical.

Freddie just recently became a Canadian Citizen, and had his first summer as such to look forward to ahead of him. There is so much care and consideration he bestows to me, and I want to help return the favour.
