This is my beloved cousin Amina. She is 6 years old and has a severe form of autism. Unlike her healthy twin sister, Amina cannot go to school due to her disability. Amina and her twin sister were born as a result of IVF treatment by their parents after 15 years of infertility.

Unfortunately, to this day she cannot talk at all. Moreover, most of the time this innocent child behaves very aggressively - for no reason and starts hurting herself. She does not understand what is going on around her. Frequently, she behaves in socially inappropriate ways and starts to take her clothes off in public. We reached out to many doctors and none of them could provide the help she needed. We saw no advances in her behaviour. I am afraid we are wasting time as her state goes from bad to worse every day. She is at the age where if she does not get the correct professional support, she will suffer from this severe disability for the rest of her life. A lot of research has shown that with the right professional support, even the most autistic children, like Amina, can have drastic improvements in their life.

This is why we are looking to raise money. To help my cousin to be taken to clinics that are purely specialized in treating and healing patients with severe autism. We want her to live a higher quality of life. These specialist sessions are very expensive which her parents cannot afford.

Please help Amina in her battle with this disease.

Together, we can make a difference and give this little girl the chance she deserves to live a healthy and happy life like her twin sister and the rest of the children her age.
