Help improve Nancy Clancy's living situation

Hi. My name is Thurman and I'm fundraising for my dear friend of 30+ years Nancy Walsh Clancy. In 2002 Nancy had a seizure from a brain tumor and was given 3 to 5 years to live after the surgery, well the doctors didn't know the Nancy I and her loving husband John know and Nancy has lived a productive and full life as an artist but in the last few years a series of strokes has greatly diminished her abilities and now she is in a nursing home with a harder road ahead. I visited Nancy and John two weeks ago in small town America and it breaks my heart to see her struggles. Nancy's great sense of humor still shines through as you can see from her Pizza Hat choice. My goal is to greatly improve her food quality, room amenities and John's ability to visit more often (since he doesn't have a car presently) and take her out to local spots. When Nancy said to me "I'm too young to be here" (a nursing home and she's only 56) it broke my heart. I said to Nancy "I know. You got a raw deal". Plain and simple, the rest of her life is confined to a nursing home so help me make it the best possible living situation with your help. Thanks one and all for any donations.
