Help Iman Through This Difficult Time

*** UPDATE: It would be much appreciated if you could use the kudoboard link below to leave a message for Iman and family to show your support, share memories, send love, etc.. These virtual "cards" will be available for them to read when they're ready, and then possibly be converted into a small hardcover album as a keepsake.
Iman, a highly valued and long-standing member of our community has suffered a family tragedy. She has lost her son. He struggled with health issues for a long time, exacerbated by long Covid. He graduated from UW with honors, with a BS in math and BA in linguistics. He composed music, loved philosophical conversations and video games, and was generous with helping friends and strangers. He donated to many charities that fight for the rights of the marginalized and victimized around the country and the world.
Iman respectfully requests to not receive food or any other condolences beyond the virtual card link below and wants everyone to know why she is often unavailable and unresponsive to communications. Iman truly values everyone’s kind and healing thoughts from afar.
During this crisis, Iman is also temporarily moving to Oregon with her daughter for school. Until she figures out what she’s going to do long-term, she’ll be residing in both Washington and Oregon.
