Ilsa is my German shepherd husky mix, adopted from a litter not far from The Cotton Mill on Magazine. From the moment I brought her home, I knew she was special—full of energy, intelligence, and a gentle spirit. As a puppy, Ilsa is at a crucial stage in her development, and I want to give her the best chance to thrive as a working dog in our busy urban environment. Living in The Cotton Mill means she’ll be surrounded by neighbors and their pets, and I want her to be a positive part of our community for years to come.

To help Ilsa reach her full potential, I plan to enroll her in KPro K9 Training, which comes highly recommended by the Southern Animal Foundation. This program combines all three levels of their Professional Obedience courses, providing a complete foundation for her growth. Not only will this training help Ilsa become well-mannered and adaptable, but it will also lay the groundwork for her to pursue service dog certification in the future. The skills she’ll gain will ensure she’s confident and able to handle any situation that comes her way.
