My name is Ilias, and I am currently facing a significant hardship in my life. I recently underwent major neck surgery to remove a tumor growing from my thyroid. The doctors informed me that if it had not been removed, it could have attached to my heart and caused life-threatening complications. While I am grateful the surgery was successful, I have been left with overwhelming medical bills.

In addition to my medical expenses, I am struggling with credit card debt that I took on to help family members who promised to repay me. Unfortunately, those promises were not kept, and I am now solely responsible for the debt.

Because of these financial burdens, I am on the verge of losing my car and possibly my home. Most weeks, after paying my bills, I am left with less than $20 in my bank account and often struggle to afford basic necessities like food. I tried to help others when they needed me, but I am now facing the consequences alone.

I am doing my best to stay afloat, but I am in urgent need of relief and support to regain stability in my life.
