Hi! My name is Isaac Grant. I'm raising money for my kidney transplant and medical expenses. In June 2023, I was diagnosed with stage 5 chronic kidney disease. I spent 3 weeks in the hospital and was immediately placed on dialysis. I currently have treatments 3 times a week for 4 hours each day. The doctors believe that hypertension caused not only kidney failure, but also loss of vision. I'm legally blind which limits my ability to work.
