My wonderful Ukrainian artist husband Igor Bijan just had heart attack with hospitalization and stent placement. We live in Santa Barbara. His Medicare payed 80% of the sum Cottage Hospital billed us. We are still left with 22000$ to be paid.Unfortunately all our savings are depleted . We have been helping my husband’s children and grandchildren, who still live in Ukraine, to survive the war.
