Help ICH CHA provide Paid Leave to covid artisans

My sisters and I have been working with these artisans for many years creating hand block printed and hand woven textiles that you see in our shop . Every year we make a trip to India and work alongside them. We have come to be a large family who now shares our life stories together. We never imagined that we won't be going to India or working alongside them.
The 2nd wave of Covid has hit India bad. Our artisans are also suffering. So we've decided to provide them with 2 weeks of paid leave for any artisan who falls sick due to Covid. They are afraid to get tested, but this will encourage them to get tested and if positive, they will at least not feel financially burdened.
We are in urgent need of your help. Every last cent will go to fund the artisans' well being. THE FIRST PERSON WE WANT TO HELP is a woman named Jubeda, who's husband passed away due to Covid. Due to her culture, as a widow, she can not leave her home for 4 months. She has 2 kids and lives with her widow sister in law.
Today, $1 is approximately 72 Indian Rupees, so a dollar goes a long way. Every little amount will count. Please help.
