Who We Are

We’re the ICA World Foundation, a non-profit born from a simple idea:

We aim to contribute to a more equitable, sustainable, and prosperous world by broadening youth perspectives from the early years to later stages of life — giving passionate young people from all backgrounds the tools, knowledge, and experience they need to make a real difference.

Our flagship programme, YPD – Young Professionals in Development, connects recent graduates with 6-month internships on real development projects in Africa, Asia, and Latin America. For many, it’s life-changing — their first job, their first flight, their first step toward a future in international cooperation.

Now, we’re ready to do more:

In 2025, we want to expand our support with new school programmes, training in underserved areas, and more field placements for young changemakers.

But we can’t do it without your help.

Why We Need You

Your donation will directly support:

✅ Young Professionals in the Field

Just €450 covers a 6-month internship that gives a talented graduate real-world experience to launch their career and contribute to their community.

✅ Critical Thinking in Schools

Just €975 helps us develop one classroom module that teaches kids how to ask questions, think creatively, and tackle real-world challenges.

✅ Trainings for Local Communities

With just €250, you can fund a voluntary training for schools, youth groups, or women’s associations in Africa or Asia.

This will fund 16 internships, 6 school modules, and 12 community trainings in 2025. Every euro brings us closer.
