Our beloved grandmother, Bibi , has always been the heart of our family. For years, she has bravely battled Multiple Myeloma, kidney failure, and cystic kidney disease. Despite the pain and uncertainty, Bibis strength and love have held us together. Recently, her cancer has spread everywhere, and her days are now spent entirely in the hospital, fighting for every breath and every moment. Watching her endure so much has broken us in ways we can’t describe.

As a family, we’ve done everything we can—working two jobs each, pooling our resources, and supporting Bibi through every step of her journey. But her medical bills keep growing, and it’s no longer enough. We’re reaching out for help because we want to give Ibtisam the care and treatments she desperately needs, and to ease the financial burden that has become overwhelming.
