Help Ibtihal’s Family Rebuild After Gaza War
Donation protected
My name is Ibtihal Emad, and I am a 28-year-old mother living in Gaza, Palestine. I have two beautiful children — Elin (8 years old) and Muhammad (7 years old). My husband is a dedicated dentist who once served our community with care and compassion.
But for the past two years, our lives have been turned upside down by the devastating war in Gaza.
At the very beginning of the war, our home and my husband’s dental clinic were completely destroyed. In just moments, everything we had worked for — our shelter, our security, our dreams — was gone. Since then, we have been homeless, living in constant fear, without safety, stability, or even the basic necessities of life.
We have moved between more than 17 different camps trying to escape the relentless bombing. My children have known nothing but fear, hunger, and displacement. We have no home, no income, and no ability to rent a place to live. Every day is a struggle for food, clean water, and safety.
Our dream was simple: to raise our children in peace, to build a future, to live with dignity. But the war has taken everything from us — except our hope.
I am turning to you today to ask for help. We need support to:
Find safe and stable shelter
Provide food, clothing, and basic necessities for our children
Begin to rebuild our lives from nothing
Any donation, no matter how small, will make a difference. Even sharing this page can help us reach someone who can lend a hand.
From the bottom of my heart — thank you for reading our story, and thank you for your compassion.
With hope and gratitude,
Ibtihal Emad
