I am Ibrahim, a 20-year-old young man who was born and has lived my entire life in the Gaza Strip. Since birth, I have known nothing but war, fear, and suffering, yet I have always chosen kindness and compassion.
Throughout this genocide, I have given my heart and soul to helping the children around me, bringing them smiles and hope in the midst of unimaginable pain.
Today, my family and I are exhausted, hungry, and constantly in danger. My father is seriously ill, and we are struggling to survive without access to medical care, food, or safety.
But I still believe in a better future. I dream of rebuilding my life, protecting those I love, and continuing to do good, just as I always have.
Together, let’s give him a chance to live, to breathe, and to finally find the peace he has always deserved.
