Hi, my name is George and I’m fundraising for my nephew Ibraaheem. In recent years Ib has been unwell and has a suspected diagnosis of Shwachman Diamond syndrome. His family have a doctor in India who is willing to take his case. I need to raise £5000 to help them fly to India for confirmation of the diagnosis and, if confirmed, an additional £40000 for treatment. His family are from Mauritius (my wife’s family). We have given what we can, have raised money from NGOs - but we are still short of the funds required to get treatment for my nephew. Please help with anything you can. Any funds that are unused will either be returned or passed on to a charity supporting other children with the same disease. If no such charity exists - we will endeavour to start one. Thank you.
