My name is Ian Common, and I never imagined I would be in this situation. After losing my job, I lost my home, and since then, every day has been a struggle just to survive. I reached out to my family for help, but they were unable to support me, and I have no one else to turn to. Some friends have helped as much as they can, but their resources are limited. Now, with winter here, all I have left is my car and my phone.

I’ve always tried to look out for others and never turned my back on anyone. It’s hard to ask for help, but I’m at a point where I truly need it. I am not on drugs and I don’t drink. I just want a chance to get back on my feet. Without a home, it’s nearly impossible to find a job, and I’m doing everything I can to change my situation.
