Help Ian Cook Fight Glioblastoma: Support Our Beloved RMT
Donation protected
Hi - I'm Dan Morris and I've created this campaign to help my step-brother Ian Cook who just yesterday learned that he has Glioblastoma. I'm reaching out for help for Ian and his family as they have had to temporarily close the family's sole income - Ian's practice as a Registered Massage Therapist while he under goes treatment.
Ian has focused his life on helping others - he has always been a giver and now is the one in need of receiving. Please share this campaign and consider giving to help the family. We all know that life is expensive and having your income disappear unexpectedly is a shock. Thank you!
Introduction:
Ian Cook, a dedicated Registered Massage Therapist (RMT), has been a cornerstone of the Nanaimo community for 30 years. Known for his compassionate care and commitment, Ian has touched countless lives through his work. Today, Ian and his family need your help as he battles a critical illness.
The Diagnosis:
Recently, Ian received a devastating diagnosis of Glioblastoma, a fast-growing and aggressive type of brain tumor. This sudden illness has forced him to close his practice, the family’s sole source of income. As Ian faces this challenging journey, the financial burden adds an additional layer of stress for his family.
About Ian:
Ian is more than just an RMT. He is a devoted family man, a cherished friend, and a respected community member. Whether on the golf course, curling rink, or soccer field, Ian has always been active and engaged in his community. His time with the RCMP auxiliary is a testament to his dedication to serving others.
The Impact:
Ian has always been there for his clients, helping them through physical pain and improving their quality of life. Now, it’s our turn to support him. The sudden closure of his practice has left his family without an income. As Ian undergoes treatment, your support can help alleviate the financial strain, allowing his family to focus on what truly matters – Ian’s health and well-being.
How You Can Help:
We are reaching out to the community Ian has so passionately served for three decades. Your contributions will go towards medical expenses, daily living costs, and other essential needs during this difficult time. Every donation, no matter how small, makes a significant difference.
Conclusion:
Ian has devoted his life to helping others. Let’s come together to support him and his family in their time of need. Your generosity and kindness will provide Ian with the strength and resources he needs to fight this battle.
Thank you for your support.
